Blog 12: Third Interview Questions

Post 10 open-ended questions for approval you want to ask an expert in the field of your senior project.  The first question should be your essential question and the other nine must be about the foundation of your essential question or help you answer your essential question.

1. What is the best way to get elementary school students to voice an interest in STEM careers?
2. What science experiments do you think will help students interested in Science Careers?
3. Why do you think the number of students interested in STEM careers are getting smaller and smaller?
4. How can we include STEM-based education into elementary level classes? 
5. What kind of resources are available to young students regarding their future careers?
6. How can educators encourage students to pursue STEM careers?
7. Do you believe the lack of students pursuing careers in STEM in our country is an issue? Why or why not?
8. What kind of projects do you think could be done to get students interested in Engineering careers, specifically?
9. Studies show that parent encouragement strongly affects the likelihood of a student pursuing a STEM career; why do you believe this is?
10. Why should students pursue more careers related to STEM?
